摘要
应用正电子发射断层(PET)快速成像簇处理法可有效地解决目前PET成像中截面断层传递成像时间过长的问题,并将传递影像形成时间从15至30min减少到仅3min。此方法已成功地用于PET的模型试验和临床检查。本文还进一步就方法学及其在影像分析中广泛的应用价值作出评价。
A new clustered segmentation method has been developed for PET. It is effective to reduce the PET transmission imaging time . By this approach the acquisition time of the transmission scan can be reduced from more than 15 min to 3 min only. The clinical studies as well as phantom tes.ts proved very successful. Futhermore,the method would be also useful to other kinds of images with high noise such as MR, SPECT etc.
