摘要
用电子自旋共振波谱法对氮离子束辐照脱氧核糖核酸和碱基产生的自由基进行了研究。结果表明,离子束辐照DNA和碱基产生的自由基为离子自由基;自由基产额随辐照剂量的增加而上升,最终趋于饱和。在室温(10-20℃)和干燥条件下,对产生的自由基进行了一个多月的观测,不见有大幅度衰减,表明在室温条件下辐照产生的自由基具有较长的寿命。
The radicals induced by nitrogen ion beam irradiating UNA and its bases have been studied with ESR method. The experimental results show that the induced radicals at room temperature are ionic. Concentrations of the radicals for different samples increase with increasing ion dose. Various samples have been tested with ESR method during the stored time of more than one month under the dry conditions at room temperature (10-20℃), no big change was observed for the radicals, showing a quite long life.
