摘要
研究了溴化多巴的合成条件,L-多巴通过亲电溴化反应,在25-30℃时得到6-溴-L-多巴。产品的结构由NMR和MS得到确证,经HPLC测定,产品的纯度为100%。
Synthesis of 6-bromo-L-dopa was studied. As a product of straightforward eletrophilic bromination of L -dopa ,6- bromo - L - dopa was obtained when the reaction temperature was in the range of 25 to 30℃. Purity and structure of the product were identified by HPLC, NMR and MS .
