摘要
用正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱测量了经相同工艺热处理后的Fe-22at%Al、Fe-25at%Al和Fe-28at%Al合金的线型S参数,表明:三种合金中,Al含量越高,高温淬火后保留的空位浓度越高;Fe-22at%Al合金中的空位消除比Fe-25at%Al和Fe-28at%Al的慢。该结果从空位的角度很好地解释了三种成分上差别不大的合金需要差别甚大的热处理工艺才能得到好的磁性能的原因。
Measurements of the S - lineshape parameter of Doppler broadening were conducted for Fe -22at%Al, Fe-25at%Al and Fe -28at%Al alloys treated, with the same processes. The results show that the more the alloy's Al - content, the higher its vacancy concentration remains after quenching from high temperatures; vacancies recover faster for Fe-25at%Al and Fe -28at%Al than for Fe-22at%Al. The present experiments explain why the three alloys with slight difference in constitution need to be treated by different processes to obtain each other's own good properties.
