核素心血管造影评价心脏换瓣手术疗效的研究

A study and evaluation of the effectiveness of the cardiac valvular replacement with radionuclide angiocardiography

应用核素心血管造影对心脏换瓣手术患者进行随访观察。39例患者换瓣术前的心肺血流动力学与左右心功能和21例正常对照组比较,均有不同程度减低.13例换瓣术后复查比照,近期(<180天)可见心肺血流(循环时、肺血流指数)有所改善,但心功能(EF、PER、PFR、相角程)须在手术半年后逐渐好转。发现手术前EF明显减低者疗效不佳。提示,心脏瓣膜返流者如有EF轻度减低,应尽早手术,以争取较好疗效。

This paper reported the postoperative effectiveness of 39 patients with cardiac valvular replacement. Using radionuclide angiocardiography, the cardiac-pulmonary blood flow . left and right ventricular functions were compared between 39 cardiac patients and 21 normal cases. Above parameters decreased in various magnitude in patient group. After valvular replacement , it was found that the cardiac - pulmonary blood flow has improved in the early stage (within 180 days) while the ventricular function would gradually improved nearly half a year after operation. It was also demonstrated that significantly decreased ejection fraction before operation usually correlated with worse therapeutic effect. Therefore, it was suggested that the valvular replacement should be taken as early as possible in cases of somewhat lowered EF value in order to get better result.
