摘要
从语境与语篇的角度 ,对哈姆莱特的著名独白“Tobe ,ornottobe ”重新解读 ,辨析它是一段有关生死的哲理思辨 ,而非有关“自杀”利弊的权衡 ;分析其语篇形式和内容特征 ,并对独白首行的几种汉译的理解与表达作了评论。
The soliloquy of 'To be, or not to be...' is re-explicated from the angle of context and discourse, for an argument that it is a philosophical deliberation of life and death rather than one of suicide. On top of that, a discourse analysis is made to bring about the features of the text, and several Chinese translations of the first line are compared and commented on.
