It is a new subject after the CCP became the party in power to deeply study and correctly grasp the relation between the Party's construction and economy development,and to take the development as first important duty which governing and vitalizing the country.So the Party must always represent the demand of advanced productive forces,and conscientiously research economy problems and continually raise the capacity of leading economy development.
