摘要 研究了一种处理高燃耗钍铀燃料的酸式Thorex流程。该流程的特点在于在钍铀共萃取中避免采用欠酸进料而采用酸性进料,同时采用计算机优化选择最佳工艺参数并加若干有效强化措施(料液加肼加热予处理,洗涤液中加少量EDTA,双酸洗涤等)使单循环流程的去污效果与欠酸进料流程相接近。铀线-循环加低浓度TBP的补充萃取净化,铀产品总γ去污系数大于10~7。 A modified acid-thorex process for reprocessing of high burn-up Th-U fuel has been developed. The process utilizes acid feed instead of deficient acid feed in Th-U co-extraction. For higher decontamination from F. Ps, selection of optimum flowsheet parameters by computer optimization and other improvements such as pretreatment of feed by hydrazine, addition of EDTA in scrub, dual acid scrub etc have been used, so that the decontamination factor(DF)by single cycle could be nearly the same as by deficient-acid feed cycle. Total DF for U-products by this one cycle flowsheet plus additional tow concentration TBP extraction cycle could reach 10~7.
