Researches into the life awareness in the “Wenqi” theory

“文气”论是对中国古代文学创作活动中生命意识的理论概括。它积淀了中国哲学中“元气”论的基本原理及基本规定性 ,充分显示了中国古代诗学话语主体对生命意识的关注和生命价值的肯定 ,在一定的层面上展示了古代诗学家们的生存环境和文化心态。“文气”论的形成影响了中国从古至今上千年的文学创作 ,它从中国文化的角度表明了文学活动是真正的生命活动 ,文学是人类生命的观照和体现。以“气”论文 ,将文学与人的生命相联 。

As a theoretical summary of life awareness, “Wenqi” abstracting the basic notions and principles of “Yuanqi” theory in the Chinese philosophy, is mainly revealed in the production of the ancient Chinese literature. Thus, the awareness and the values of life of the ancient Chinese poets are shown in the “Wenqi” theory. Through the Chinese history, the creation of literature has been greatly influenced by “Wenqi”, i.e., literature is the reflection of the human life. A good combination of “qi”(vigour), life and literature is an important characteristic of the Chinese poetry.
