转变教育思想,更新人才培养观念

摘要 外语是一门较特殊的学科 ,在教育国际化的今天 ,外语教育担负着培养懂外语、能管理并具有开拓创新精神和意识的各类人才的重任。如何通过更新人才培养观念来认清外语人才培养的规格和类型 ,克服所培养的外语学生只懂外语 ,简单地以外语专业为专业 ,从而使外语专业的学生只局限于学习外语等陈旧观念和思想 ,具有现实和长远意义。由于认识和传统观念的影响 ,许多师生、乃至部分教育管理干部对外语素质教育的认识和理解都比较片面和狭窄 ,单纯地认为学外语就是学外语 ,与其它文史哲、政治经济文化等学科无关 ,因此 ,给许多外语专业人员在报考硕士研究生的方向问题上造成了许多不应有障碍和困难。如何认识外语 +专业或专业 +外语这种新型人才培养模式 ,确实需要我们转变教育思想、更新教育观念。 A foreign language is a special subject. At the time when education has become internationalized, foreign language teaching shares a very heavy task of training creative people, helping master foreign languages and knowing management. It is a very important and meaningful question of how to realize the new types of graduates by changing view-points of education and by overcoming the wrong idea that English students can only study English as their major in all their lives, this problem prevents many graduates from choosing other subjects as their MA courses. In fact, only by changing our thoughts and renewing educational ideas, can we accept the idea of training English students with the model of “foreign languages + majors” or “majors + foreign languages”.
