摘要
目的 研究脑震荡对大鼠学习记忆的近、中期影响。方法 用金属单摆打击装置复制了大鼠脑震荡模型 ,用Morris水迷宫检测脑震荡后大鼠近期和中期的学习记忆能力。结果 脑震荡后 2 4小时检测 ,大鼠出现逆行性遗忘 ,48小时后恢复。脑震荡后第 8至 1 3天 ,与对照组相比 ,脑震荡组大鼠的隐匿平台逃避潜伏期明显延长 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,脑震荡后第 1 3天 ,脑震荡组大鼠穿越平台位置水域的次数明显减少 (P <0 .0 1 )。脑震荡后 1 5至 1 8天大鼠的工作记忆能力受损。结论 实验性脑震荡的近。
Objective To investigate the short and mid term effects of concussive brain injury on learning and memory in rats. Methods Animal model of concussive brain injury in SD rats was duplicated using a metallic pendulum striker concussive device. Learning and memory ability was detected following concussive brain injury in rats during short and mid term post concussion with Morris Water Maze. Results Retrograde amnesia was observed in test animals 24 hours after concussion , 48 and 72 hours after concussion the amnesia was not observed in the tests, however. The escape latencies are statistically longer compared to the sham rats on days 8~13 post concussion(P<0.01), and the number of crossing the former site of the removed platform decreased in comparison with that in the sham rats on day 13 post concussion(P<0.01). Impaired working memory was also observed on days 15~18 post concussion. Conclusions Experimental concussive brain injury has impaired effects on learning and memory in rats in short and mid term post concussion.
