老年肿瘤患者的社会支持及相关因素分析

A study of social supports and psychosocial factors in elderly tumor patients

目的 调查老年肿瘤病人的社会支持状况及其影响因素。方法 用病例对照和多因素统计分析 ,采用心理问卷测试和心理量表评定 ,对 50例肿瘤病人的社会支持及相关心理因素进行调查 ,并探讨其相互关系。同时设立非肿瘤对照组 ,进行组间比较。结果 肿瘤病人的社会支持总分及客观支持分均较对照组高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而主观支持分及对支持的利用度二者无差别 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 老年肿瘤病人与非肿瘤病人对社会支持的认知评价存在差异 。

Objective To investigate the social supports and the influence of psychosocial factors in tumor patients. Method Case control study was carried on in 50 tumor patients and 50 non tumor patients . All the patients themselves completed once through the following questionnaries : SSRS, DSQ, EPQ , SDS , SAS, SCL 90. However , HAMD and HAMA were rated by the researcher. Results SSRS level among tumor patients is clearly higher than the control group (<0.01). Conclusion The recognition about social supports and the utilization of social supports among elderly tumor patients are differ from those among non tumor patients.
