A comparative study between different personality , temperament and psychological demands in college students

目的 探讨个性特征 ,气质与大学生心理需要的关系。方法 采用爱德华个性偏好问卷 (EPPS)、艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)对 40 5名大学生进行调查。结果 个性内向的大学生顺从 (DEF)、秩序 (ORD)、谦卑 (ABA)及持久需要 (END)方面得分最高 ;个性外向的大学生在表现 (EXH)、亲和 (AFF)、支配 (DOM)、变异需要 (CHG)上得分明显高于内向及中间型者 ;情绪不稳定的大学生求助(SUC)、谦卑需要 (ABA)大于情绪稳定及情绪处于中间状态者 ;粘液质者顺从 (DEF)、秩序 (ORD)、扶助 (NUR)及持久需要 (END)突出 ;多血质者支配需要 (DOM)特征明显 ;胆汁质者表现 (EXH)、变异需要 (CHG)占优势 ;忧郁质者谦卑需要 (ABA)较高。结论 不同个性特征 。

Objective To explore their relationship between personality ,temperament and psychological demands in college students . Methods 405 medical college students were investigated with Edward's Personal Preference Schedule(PEI)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPPS). Results The scores of DEF,ORD,ABA,END were the highest in introvert ; The scores of EXH,AFF,DOM,CHG in extrovert were higher than introvert and middle type; ACH,END were the most prominent in the emotional stable students; SUC,ABA were higher in the emotional unstable students ; The lymphatic students had higher scales in DEF,ORD,NUR and END; DOM was the most obvious in the sanguine students ;The main psychological demands of choleric temperament were EXH and CHG; the students of melancholia temperament had a higher score in ABA. Conclusion Different characteristic of personality and temperament presented different psychological Demands in college students.
