摘要
目的 :探讨急性胰腺时外周血清TNFa ,IL - 6的动态变化及其意义。方法 :用chetty法制作大鼠的ANP模型 ,术后动态测定对照组、ANP组及大黄素治疗组血淀粉酶 ,并取胰组织作病理检查 ,同时动态检测外周血清中TNFa ,IL - 6的情况。结果 :血清淀粉酶在 0h三组间无差别 ;2 4h治疗组、ANP组与对照组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;36h治疗组与ANP组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;二组与对照之间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;2 4h治疗组、ANP组与对照组间有显著异 (P <0 .0 1) ;TNFa,IL - 6在 0h三组间无差别 ;2 4h时治疗组与ANP无统计学差别与对照组比较有明显的升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;30h及 36h治疗组与ANP组之间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :细胞因子参与急性胰腺炎的发病过程 ,且与其病情严重程度呈正相关 ,表明细胞因子在ANP的发生和发展过程中起着一定作用。
Objective:To investigate dynamic measurement and significance of TNFa,IL-6 in peripheral veinous blood in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP).Methods:We divided 48 Wister rats randomly into shamoperated group(N=12),ANP model group (n=18) and Emodin-treated group (N=18).ANP models were made by applying Chetty method.These rats were killed respectively at 0h,24h,30h,and 36h after surgery .The contents of serum amylase and the pancreatic histologic changes were observed ;TNFa and IL-6 in peripheral veinous blood were measured.Results:At 0h,the levels of serum amylase and TNFa and IL-6 was not significantly different between groups.At 24h,the levels of serum amylase and TNFa and IL-6 in emodin-treated rats increased greatly compared with those of sham-opreated group and had no significant difference compared with ANP rats respectively. At 30h and 36h,pancreatic pathological degrees in Emodin-treated group were significantly different from those in ANP model group.Conclusion:The concentration of TNFa and IL-6 in peripheral veinous blood is related to the severity of acute necrotizing pancreatitis,which suggests that TNFa and IL-6 contribute to the pathologic process of acute necrotizing pancreatitis.
