前列腺增生组织中细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶表达的意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶 1(ERK1)在良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)发病机制中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 6 8例BPH和 12例正常前列腺 (NP)组织中ERK1和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达。结果 :ERK1主要分布于前列腺上皮细胞 ,BPH组织中ERK1表达显著高于NP组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且BPH组织中ERK1表达与PCNA指数密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :ERK1异常表达在前列腺细胞增殖、增生过程中起着重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the role of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 (ERK1) in pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods:The immunohistochemical method was adopted to examine expressions of ERK1 and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 68 cases of BPH specimens and 12 cases of normal prostatic tissues (NP).Results:ERK1 was primarily located in prostatic epithelium. Expressions of ERK1 in BPH were significantly higher than those in NP. There was a close association bewteen ERK1 expression and PCNA index in BPH. Conclusions:Abnormal expression of ERK1 plays an important role in prostatic cell proliferation and hyperplasia.
