养骨天源胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

Clinical Investigation on Primary Osteoprosis with Yanggu Tianyuan Capsule

目的 :观察养骨天源胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 :随机分为治疗和对照两组 ,治疗组选用养骨天源胶囊治疗 ,对照组用骨松宝颗粒治疗 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :养骨天源胶囊能快速缓解骨痛及腓肠肌痉挛 ,增加腰椎骨密度 ,提高血钙浓度 ,临床总有效率 89.7% ,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。两组均能改善阳虚的症状。结论 :养骨天源胶囊通过补肾壮骨 ,标本兼治 ,延缓骨钙丢失及促进钙吸收而有效地预防和治疗原发性骨质疏松症。

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Yangu Tianyuan Capsule(YTC).Methods:The Patients with primary osteoprosis were randomely divided into two groups(2∶1),the treated group by YTC and the control group by Songbao pellet, all with a course of 3 months.Results:The YTC could rapidly relieve the bone ache and gastrocnemius muscular systole, improve the BMD of lumbar vertebra and the level of Ca in serum. The total efficiencyin treated group was 89.7%, which was significantly defferent from the control group( P <0.05).Both group could improve the weak Yang syndrome. Conclusion:YTC can effectively preventand cure primary osteoprosis by Bushenzhuangu, relieving the loss of Ca and improving the absorption.
