张镜人经验方对胃癌细胞凋亡的实验研究

Experimental Study of Zhan Jingren's Experient Prescription on Gastric Carcinoma Cell Apoptosis

目的 :对张镜人治疗胃癌的经验方进行药效学研究 ,探讨其作用机制。方法 :采用 Wistar大鼠血清药理学方法 ,观察细胞凋亡、死亡及细胞形态学改变。结果 :三组药方对胃癌细胞凋亡、细胞死亡均有明显效果。结论 :扶正方药与祛邪方药或两者结合组方对胃癌细胞的凋亡与死亡有一定作用。

Objective: To study the efficiency of Zhanjingren's experiment prescription on gastriccarcinoma and its mechanism.Methods:The cell apoptosis ,death and form were observed, bythe way of serum pharmaclogy in Wistar rats.Results: All three prescriptions have significanteffect on the cell apoptosis and death in gastric carcinoma. Conclusion:All prescriptions of Fuzheng, Quexie , integration of Fuzheng and Quexie have some effect on the cell apoptosis and death in gastric carcinoma.
