护理干预对食管癌三切口根治术后的康复评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨促进食管癌三切口根治术后康复的护理干预 ,以预防术后并发症的发生。方法 对 2 0 4例食管癌三切口根治术患者随机分为康复组 (n =10 3)和对照组 (n =10 1)。康复组于手术前实施心理、抗疼痛指导 ,手术前、后实施规范呼吸训练和执行营养师设计的饮食程序。对照组按常规护理、健康指导和随意锻炼。结果 两组在术后止痛剂的应用、自行排痰时间、术后并发症的发生及住院时间比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 本项护理干预设计的实施 ,能有效预防术后并发症 。 Objective To probe the nursing intervention of patients after esophageal carcinoma radical operation with three incision, to prevent the complications after operation.Methods 204 patients receiving esophageal carcinoma radical operation were divided into the recovery group(n=103) and the control group (n=101). All patients in the recovery group received mental guidance and anti ache guidance, also receive normal breathing training and dietary programe designed be nutrition specialist. All patients in the control group received normal nursing, health guidance and free training.Results There were significant differences between two groups in analgetic application, sputum excretion time, complications after operation and hospitalization time (P<0.01).Conclusions Designing and practicing the nursing intervention can prevent complications and promote patients recovery.
