By analyzing the concept of the harmfulness of crime to society and the infraction of criminal law, the article discusses the relationship between the harmfulness of crime to society and the infraction of criminal law. The author points out that, on the one hand, the harmfulness of crime to society determines the infraction of criminal law, on the other hand, the infraction of criminal law embodies harmfulness of crime to society, and that the dialectical unification of the harmfulness of crime to society and the infraction of criminal law forms the concept of crime.
