摘要
对多层次养老金投资运营的监管,乃是一个在世界范围内需要认真对待的课题。我国应立足国情,综合借鉴各国经验,从战略和长期发展的高度,注重养老保险监管体系的观念创新、制度创新,逐步探索出适合国情的养老保险监管体系。
The supervision of the investment operation of the multi level pension systems is a subject worth earnest studying in the whole world.In the long term strategic vision it is necessary for China to learn from foreign countries in combination with the present domestic situation in order to create a suitable supervision system with new concept and regulations.
