On the Macro Economic Regulation and Control of the Russian Government

俄罗斯经济在经历了过渡期之后逐渐进入了后过渡期,相应地政府宏观调控也呈现出不同的特征。过渡期的宏观调控明显地具有一种短期性和应急性倾向,而后过渡期的宏观调控则更符合市场经济的要求,注重改善投资环境和利用科技及人才。在目前俄政府的宏观调控应立足于本国现实,提高俄政府投资力,重视私营经济发展和积极参与经济全球化。

After the transitional period Russian economy has gradually come to the posttransitional stage with different characteristics in the macro regulation and control of the Russian government.During the transitional period,there existed a temporary and urgent tendency while the posttransitional macro regulation and control has been brought more in line with the requirements of the market economy with emphasis on the improvement of the investment environment and employment of talented people in the application of science and technology.At present it is advisable to increase the capacity of investment according to domestic situation with emphasis on the development of private economy while actively participating in the economic globalization of the age.
