社区精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的影响因素研究

Influence factors of psycho - states in relatives of community schizophrenics

目的了解社区精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的影响因素,寻求较好的干预措施,降低负性情绪的发生。方法以社区204例精神分裂症家属作为研究对象,其中104例为干预组,100例为对照组,干预组每月专业医师上门随访。3a后,采用潘氏症状量表(PANSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、流调用抑郁自评量表(CES—D)、生活质量量表(QOL)等进行对照评定,应用SPSS(8.0)软件包完成统计结果。结果干预组的负性情绪逐年降低,两组比较具有显著差异。影响家属心理状态的主要因素为患者的症状、婚姻,家属的生活质量等。结论改善家属的心理状态应着重提高生活质量,减少患者精神症状的发生,提高婚姻质量,提供良好的家庭气氛及康复环境。

Objective To understand the influence factors of psycho - states in relatives of community schizophrenics and to seek for better intervention measures and reduce the occurrence of negative emotion. Methods Relatives of 204 community schizophrenics were enrolled as subjects, and among them 100 as control group and 104 as intervention group which was followed up monthly. After 3 years of follow - up, control group evaluation were conducted with the PANSS, SAS, CES- D and QOL, and statistical results used SPSS(8.0) . Results The negative emotion of the intervention group decreased year by year, and there was significant difference between the 2 groups. The main influence factors were symptoms of patients, marriage and the life quality of relatives. Conclusion It is beneficial to improving psycho - states of relatives to pay attention to raise quality of life, to reduce the occurrence of patients' mental symptoms, to raise quality of marriage and to provide better family atmosphere and recovered environment.
