摘要
研究了以 2 - (2 -喹啉偶氮 ) - 5 -二乙氨基酚 (QADEAP)为柱前衍生试剂 ,甲醇 (内含 0 .2 %的醋酸 )和 p H5 .0 HAc- Na Ac溶液梯度洗脱为流动相 ,Nova- Pak C1 8液相色谱柱分离 ,二极管矩阵检测器检测 ,高效液相色谱法同时测定铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、锰的方法。根据信噪比 (S/ N=3)各金属离子的检测限分别为 :铁 8.5 μg/ L,钴 7.2 μg/ L,镍 6 .4 μg/ L,铜 5 .0 μg/ L,锌 11μg/ L,锰 13μg/ L,方法相对标准偏差在 1.6 %~ 3.8%之间 ,标准回收率在 92 %~ 10 8% ,方法用于烟草中痕量铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、锰的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new method for the determination of Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn and Mn in tobacco with high performance liquid chromatography using 2\|(2\|quinolinylazo)\|5\|diethylaminophenol (QADEAP) as chelant was described. With methanol (contained 0.2% acetic acid) and pH 5.0 HAc\|NaAc buffer solution gradient elution as mobile phase at a flow\|rate of 0.5mL/min, Fe,CO,Ni,Cu,Zn and Mn chelates of QADEAP can be separated on a Water Nova\|Pak\|C 18 chromatographic column (3.9mm×150mm) and monitored with photodiode array detector. The detection limit (S/N=3) is Fe 8.5μg/L,Co 7.2μg/L,Ni 6.4μg/L,Cu 5.0μg/L,Zn 11μg/L and Mn 13μg/L. The relative standard deviations are 1.6%~3.8%. The standard recoveries are 92%~108%. This method can be applied to the determination of Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn and Mn in tobacco with satisfactory results.
