经济法基本原则是经济法的核心和灵魂,它关系到整个经济法部门的地位和性质问题。它的内容一直是学术界争论的热点之一。经济法基本原则包括:平衡协调,效率优先、维护公平,优化政府经济管理行为,责权利效相一致,可持续发展五项原则。

The nucleus and the soul of economic law are its basic principles which determine the positions and properties of different sections concerning economic law. The principles, a hot topic scholars argue about, include five points: balance and coordination, efficiency priority, fairness upholding, optimization of governmental administration of economy, unity of responsibility, power, benefit and of efficiency, and continuous development.
