拓展舟山市民间投资的思考及对策

Expansion of Nongovernmental Investment in Zhoushan and Countermeasures

尽管舟山市民间投资10年来有长足发展,民资潜力大,但投资相对滞后,投向单一,政策体制障碍造成融 资渠道不畅,且受市场环境及民资企业自身制约。为拓展民间投资路径,文章提出若干对策思路。

Although the ten years' time has witnessed a considerable development of the nongovernmental investment in Zhoushan and the nongovernmental capital has a great potentiality, people's investment in Zhoushan relatively lags behind with a unitary way of investment. Besides, the policy and system obstacles have resulted in a blocked financing channel and is restrained by both the market environment and the nongovernmental capital enterprises themselves. Some countermeasures are suggested in this paper in order to expand the ways of the nongovernmental investment.
