摘要
高校后勤实现企业化,是高校后勤社会化改革的必然要求。但由于目前高校后勤实体与企业化的要求 存在着诸多矛盾,因此选择股份合作制形式组建高校后勤服务企业是一条可行之路。
It is a necessity to realize the enterprise management of the rear service in the reform of the socialization of the rear service in the institutions of higher learning. Owing to the fact that there exist many contradictions between the entity of the rear service and the requirement of the enterprise at present, the choice of the establishment of rear service enterprise in the institution of higher learning is a feasible way.
