精索扭转14例临床分析

Testicular torsion (Report of 14 cases)

目的:总结我院对精索扭转的诊疗经验。方法:报告14例精索扭转病例的临床诊疗情况。结果:6例扭转时间短或是不完全扭转者得以保留睾丸,8例睾丸坏死予以手术切除。结论:手术探查是确诊精索扭转的方法;睾丸组织的血液供应是预测其生存能力的一项重要指标;本病病理诊断的价值有待进一步探讨。

Purpose: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Method: Fourteen cases of testicular torsion were reviewed and reported. Result:The testicles of 6 cases with short time or incomplete torsion were salvaged. The testicles of 8 cases with testicular necrosis were removed. Conclusion: When the diagnosis of testicular torsion is in question, the urologist should strongly consider exploration. Testicular tissue bleeding is an indicator of gonadal salvage ability in testicular torsion surgery. The valuation of pathological diagnosis for this disease is doultable.
