经尿道前列腺气化电切术治疗前列腺增生症120例

Transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia( Report of 120 cases)

目的:评价经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法:120例BPH患者行TUVP,随访3～12个月。结果:120例手术成功,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均降低14.0分,最大尿流率(Q_(max))平均为18.0ml/s,随访期间疗效稳定,未出现严重并发症。结论:TUVP治疗BPH,疗效确切、稳定,并发症少,平均住院时间短。

Purpose;To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of BPH were treated with transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate. Followed up for 3 to 12 months. Results: All cases were successful treated. After operation,the average of IPSS decreased by 14. 0,the average of maximum of uroflowmetry was 18. 0 ml/s. During following up, the curative effect was stable. There were no serious complications observed. Conclusions: To treat benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate can get stable and effective medical results,less complications,the average of hospital stay is short.
