Mammographic Appearance of Augmentation Mammoplasty and its Complication

目的 探讨隆胸术及其并发症的X线表现 .方法 对 90例隆胸术后女性作乳腺X线检查 (轴位及 60度斜位照片 ) ,观察不同充填剂的X线表现 ,有无并发症及其X线表现 .结果 硅胶充填 3 1例 (3 4 4% ) ,盐水袋 14例(15 6% ) ,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶 (下面简称凝胶 ) 3 5例 (3 8 9% ) ,脂肪颗粒移植 6例 (6 7% ) ,充填物不详 4例 (4 4% ) .发生并发症 3 6例 (40 0 % ) ,其中纤维囊挛缩 (BakerⅢ -Ⅳ级 ) 2 1例 (5 8 3 % ) ,外漏 3例 (8 3 % ) ,散在结块 9例 (2 5 0 % ) ,感染 3例 (8 3 % ) ,脂肪液化 3例 (8 3 % ) .结论 乳腺X线照片可用于充填物定位 ,观察充填效果 ,可监测隆胸术后的变化。

Objective To observe the mammographic appearance of augmentation mammoplasty and its complication. Methods In the past 4 years ,90 women who had had breast augmentation for cosmetic purpose were underwent bilateral screen-film mammography.All of the mediolateral oblique (MLO)films were reviewed retrospectively to look for what the mammographic feather were like and whether there was complication and its mammographic feather. Results Of the 90 cases include:①Silicone(n=31),②Saline-filled(n=14),③Hydrophi-licity polyacrylanide hydroqel HPAMG (n=33),④Auto fat granule (n=6),⑤Filled that we did not know(n=4).There were 36 cases with complications,include①Capsular contracture(n=21),②gel bleed(n=3),③nodule formation(n=9),④infection(n=3),⑤fat necrosis(n=3). Conclusions Mammography can be used to observe the effect after augmentation mammoplasty and it has a large value to follow up.
