摘要
目的 寻找对亲缘皮预防处理的方法 .方法 切取父或母亲中厚皮肤 ,用 2 0 %雷公藤多甙浸泡 15~3 0min后 ,移植到小儿切、消痂或肉芽创面创面上 ,观察亲缘皮成活、排斥情况 .结果 亲缘皮经雷公藤多甙预处理 ,移植到创面后排斥反应明显减轻 ,皮片存活时间明显延长 ,时间为 48± 2d .为救治小儿大面积深度烧伤 ,赢得了时间 ,缩短了病程 ,提高了救治成功率 .
Objective To search for new methods of prereatment allied skin. Methods Middle thick skin of New Zealand rabbit was taken and soaked in 20% liquid of tripterygium wilfordii for 15~30min and then transplanted to skin wounds of filial generation of rabbits. Results After pretreatment by tripteryginm wifordii,the period of skin rejection lasted to 48±2 days and the reaction for skin rejection was linghter as well. Conclusion Pretreatment allied spedies skin can be effectively used to treat large areas surface of burn wounds for children.
