两种拔尿管方法对尿道损伤的临床观察

目的观察两种不同的拔尿管方法对尿道损伤的差异。方法将82例患者随机分成两组,分别采用改良法(43例)和常规法(39例)拔除留置尿管,分析比较两组患者尿液中白细胞、潜血及尿道刺激症。结果两组患者拔管后尿WBC计数无显著性差异,P>0.05,OB和尿路刺激症有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论改良组尿道损伤明显低于对照组。改良的拔管方法是一种值得推广应用的好方法。

Objective To observe the effects of removing Foley's catheter in 2d ifferent ways.Methods82cases involving in the study were divided into2groups by randomization,39receiving routine removal of catheter(routine group)and43modifie d removal(modification group).After removal,the eryrhrocyte counts,leucocyte cou nts and urethral stimulus syndrome were all analyzed and compared between the2gr oups.Res ults The possibility of urethra injury in modification group was signif icantly lower than that in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclus ion The modified m ethod for removing Foley's catheter is good in decreasing side effects,thus wor th popularization.
