毁损肺患者手术治疗的护理

笔者报道1998年1月～2002年1月收治毁损肺54例患者,通过围手术期护理的总结,认为术前心理护理,充分准备是手术成功的前提;术后生命体征观察,保证胸腔灌洗管和胸腔闭式引流管的通畅,预防并发症是促进患者康复的关键。

The author in this paper reports perioperative nursing of54patie nt s with lung destruction hospitalized from Jan.1998to Jan.2002,concluding that pr eoperative psychological nursing and full-scale preparation are the premier;post operative observation of vital signs,keeping irrigation tube and drainage tube u nobstructed in the chest cavity and prevention of complications are key to promo ting the recovery of patients.
