Nursing cooperation in treating children with patent ductus arteriosus using Amplatzer occluder

应用Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗动脉导管未闭是一种有效、成功率高的介入方法,总结11例动脉导管未闭患儿在透视、造影监视下置入Amplatzer封堵器的护理特点:术前与患儿及其家属进行交流,解除心理压力;术中严密监护生命体征,观察封堵器定位情况;术后监测生命体征及出凝血情况,观察穿刺口有无渗血,尿量及其颜色,及早发现出血及溶血,减少心律失常、出血、溶血、低血容量等并发症的发生率。

It is effective t o apply Amplatzer occluder for treating patients with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA ).By nursing11patients receiving Amplatzer occluder under X-ray and imaging,they authors conclude the nursing characteristics,including monitoring the life inde xes(blood pressure,pulse,heart rate,temperature),blood indexes and closure index .Before operation,a direct communication with their families was done to reduce mental pressure.In operation,life indexes and Amplatzer occluder position were c losely observed.After operation,bleeding,color and quality of urine were observe d to avoid inclination of blood and hemolysis,reduce such syndrome as arrhythmia ,hemolysis and low blood value.
