摘要
笔者报道27例髂骨段深静脉血栓的病人行腔内支架置入术后的临床护理要点:抬高患肢,患肢的持续挤压,保证持续抗凝的进行,对于肺栓塞的预防和处理。27例病人顺利完成手术后,经过严密的护理,巩固了治疗效果,治愈出院。
The endolumi na l microinvasive therapy for chronic iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis(DVT)is a safe and effective method.Based on this therapy,the effective nursing after the operation is more important.The nursing of27post-operation cases were reported.T he nursing gist is:elevation of lower limbs,continous extrusion of the limbs,con tinous anticoagulation,the observations and treatments of the complications.With the operation and nursing,all of27patients left hospital in good conditions.
