活血通络膏外敷预防化疗所致静脉炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Huoxue Tongluo Plaster in prevention of chemothera py-induced phlebitis

目的观察自制活血通络膏预防化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法对60例患者采用自身对照的方法,于第1疗程在一侧上肢静脉常规输入化疗药物,不进行静脉炎预防用药;于第2疗程在另一侧上肢输入化疗药时沿穿刺静脉走向外敷活血通络膏,每次输液完毕去除药膏,观察两个疗程化疗过程中血管的变化,行秩和检验。结果第2疗程静脉炎发生程度较轻,静脉炎发生率明显低于第1疗程。秩和值为48.8,2个疗程间差异,有统计学意义,P<0.001。结论活血通络膏预防化疗药物引起的静脉炎有良好的效果,对静脉有保护作用。

Objective To observe the effect o f Huoxue Tongluo Plaster,a Chinese herbal plaster for promoting blood circulatio n to remove obstruction in the channels,in the prevention of chemotherapy-induce d phlebitis.Methods Self-check methods were adopted in60patients.2arms of each p atient were divided into observation group and control group.During first chemot herapy,the control arms received conventional intravenous transfusion without pr eventive medication of the plaster.In the second round,the plaster was applied d own the punctured vein in the process of chemotherapy.As soon as the therapy end ed,the plaster was wiped off.The changes of blood vessels were observed and the data were treated with rank sum test.Res ults In the process of chemotherapy,Huo xue Tongluo Plaster was significantly effective in preventing phlebitis(P<0.01). Conclus ion Huoxue T ongluo Plaster has a marked effect in the prevention of che motherapy-induced phlebitis.
