推拿大横穴治疗内科腹痛的临床观察

Application of massaging Daheng acupuncture points in treat of belly ache

目的观察推拿大横穴治疗内科腹痛的疗效。方法采用历史对照法将96例内科腹痛患者分为两组,穴位推拿组38例,采用推拿大横穴方法;654-2注射组58例,采用肌内注射654-210mg,观察其疗效。结果两种不同方法疗效经χ2检验,无显著性差异(P>0.05),表明两种方法都能起到同样的止痛效果;比较两组治疗后2min以内、2～5min和5min以上3个时间内的有效人数,经χ2检验有显著性差异(P<0.01),穴位推拿组在2min、5min内有效人数为30例,明显多于654-2注射组,说明推拿大横穴治疗内科腹痛在此时间内疗效优于肌内注射654-2。结论推拿大横穴治疗内科腹痛,护士易于实施,显效快,值得临床推广。

To o bserve the effects of massaging Haheng acupuncture points in treat of belly ache .Methods96patients with belly aches were divided into2groups:38in massage group and58in654-2injection group.The treatment effects were observed.Re-s ults The t reatment effects showed no significant difference(P>0.05)by 2 test between the2groups,indicating that both therapies haves the same effect therapeutically.In comparison to the number of patients with therapeutic effect s between the groups at the3spans of2min,5min and above5min,the massage group wa s significantly effective at2min and5min,indicating massage at the2spans was sup erior to the654-2injection group.Conclus ion Massaging Daheng acupuncture point in treating belly pains is easy to apply for nurses and quick use,worth wide pop ularization.
