略论高校档案管理人员素质的提高

On Improving the Quality of University's Archivists

科技水平的发展、高校档案管理与国际接轨以及深层次开发档案信息资源的需要 ,对高校档案管理人员的素质要求不断提高。而当前高校档案管理人员则存在学历层次偏低、专业人员偏少、缺少创新意识等问题 ,不能适应时代的要求。据此 ,提出了提高思想认识、促进人才培养、建立奖惩制度。

The actual needs make higher demands of the quality of university's archivists. The existing problems concerning the archivists are as follows: comparatively lower educational level, lack of staff, absence of creative awareness, and inability to meet the demands of the times. In view of this situation, a series of measures is offered.
