根据经济增长的增长的源泉来区分经济增长方式,是世界上的通行做法。基于对环境及环境问题的经济学思考,把环境因素作为经济增长的内生变量之一来考察,并在此基础上探讨经济增长与环境及环境问题的相互关系,分析我国现行经济增长方式的理论缺陷和不足,进而研究了环保型经济增长模型,提出了政府、企业和社会在实现我国环保型经济增长方式中的若干对策建议。
