莎士比亚劝婚十四行在中国——汉语文化语境下对三个译本的比较研究

Shakespeare' s Procreation Sonnets in China: A Comparative Study of Three Version in Chinese Cultural Contesxt

笔者采用译介学的方法,对“莎士比亚劝婚十四行”三个中译本进行字句分析,发现它们所反映的主题思想(包括生育观、人生价值观)存在着“古”与“今”的差异,它们所包含的文化负载(就物质文明、制度文明、思维模式和宗教理念诸层面而言)也有着“中”与“西”的不同。梁宗岱的译本体现出鲜明的中国传统文化之特色,而梁实秋和屠岸梁译本则更多地吸纳了西方文化因素。联系社会历史环境,对译本差异的产生原因作了简要说明。

This paper attempts to compare three Chinese versions of Shakespeare' s Piocrecation Sonnets from the perspective of media - translatology. After a detailed analysis of the differences between these versions, this paper comes to the conclusion that Liang Zong-dai's version,compared with the other two,reveals a distinctive traditional outlook or value. Furthermore, it reflects several aspects, such as material production,social institution,mode of thinking and religious belief, that are typical of Chinese cultural context. This paper also explains briefly the social - cultural causes for such differences.
