创新是教育思想的灵魂,也是教育实践的要求。教育改革过程中,高校应该使学生受到科学精神的熏陶以培养学生的创新意识和创新精神。大学教师也应成为研究与教学的统一者,以便更好地传递和更新知识。高校更应对传统教学方法进行改革,通过苏格拉底式的教育,在宽松的学术环境中将创新意识和创新精神融入大学生的血液之中。如此,才有利于高校培养更多更优秀的创新人才。

Innovation is the soul of educational thought as well as a requirement of the educational practice. In the process of educational reform,colleges and universities must enable students to be nurtured in the spirit of science so as to cultivate their innovation consciousness and spirit. College teachers must combine research with teaching in order to better transmit and update knowledge. With the help of Socratic education, colleges and universities should reform their traditional teaching methods and make the students engrossed in innovation consciousness and spirit in a broad - minded academic surrounding. Only by doing so, will it be possible for colleges and universities to cultivate more and more excellent innovation talents.
