牵引成骨在正畸牙快速移动中成骨速度的研究 被引量:2

The research on the osteogenic rate in orthodontic rapid tooth movement through distraction osteogenesis of the periodental igament

摘要 目的 观察牙周膜牵引成骨在正畸牙快速移动中牵引侧牙槽骨的成骨速度。方法  6只犬采用自身对照 ,对照侧用传统方法以第三前磨牙为支抗牙移动第一前磨牙向远中 ,实验侧用自制牙周膜牵引装置。用序列四环素荧光标记法标记被移动的牙张力侧新形成的牙槽骨 ,荧光显微镜下观察切片 ,拍照 ,用计算机图象分析系统测量新骨量。结果 实验侧和对照侧新骨形成的量有显著性差别 ,实验侧大于对照侧。 Objective to observe osteogenic rate of alveolar bone on the tension side in orthodontic rapid tooth movement through distraction osteogenesis of the periodental ligament quantificationally.Methods The experiment were carried in 6 dogs , the left side of jaws of each one was seted as test or control side ,and the orther side was control or test side. On the control side,the first premorlar was moved using traditional methods while the third premorlar as archor,on the test side,using self-made distraction device .The newly formed alveolar bone on the tension side of moved tooth were labeld by serial tetracycline fluorochrome, sections were observed by fluorescence microscope and pictured.Newly formed bone were measured by computer image analysis.Results the quantity of newly formed bone was significantly different between the two methods.Newly formed bone in rapid tooth movement by distraction osteogenesis through the periodental ligament were more than that in traditional method.Conclusions The distraction through periodental ligament could induce more rapid bone formation and excite higher osteogenic activity than traditional method.
