放射性颌骨坏死临床分期及疗效分析

目的 探讨放射性颌骨坏死 (ORN)的有效治疗方法。方法 对 13 8例放射性颌骨坏死临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 中度和重度ORN单纯刮治术疗效较差 ,治愈率分别为 66.7%和 2 8.6%。术前和 /或术后辅助高压氧治疗可显著提高临床疗效 ,中度和重度ORN总治愈率分别可达 80 .6%和 5 7.2 % ,颌骨部分切除术和截骨术辅助高压氧治疗对重度ORN疗效尤佳。

Objective To explore the effective therapeutic method of osteoradionecrosis of jaws (ORN). Method Clinical information of 138 patients with ORN were retrospectively analysed.Results Scraping alone showed a poor effect on slight ORN and moderate ORN, respectively with the cure rate of 66.7% and 28.6%. However, when the hyperbaric oxygen was adapted, the general cure rate could be significantly improved up to 80.6% for slight ORN and 57.2% for serious ORN. The best result for serious ORN got from partial osteoectomy in company with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Conclusion Partial osteoectomy in company with hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an ideal treatment to serious ORN.
