摘要
目的 检测皮肤肿瘤及正常皮肤组织中端粒酶活性的表达。方法 采用端粒重复扩增TRAP及PCR方法,检测28例皮肤肿瘤(包括良性、癌前病变及恶性肿瘤)及15例正常皮肤组织中端粒酶活性。结果 15例正常皮肤中端粒酶表达仅为13.3%。28例皮肤肿瘤中有端粒酶表达的为82.1%,其中恶性肿瘤的端粒酶活性明显高于良性、癌前病变者。结论 端粒酶可能是皮肤肿瘤癌变中的一个早期事件,与皮肤癌变的发生发展过程有一定关系,可以反映组织的增生程度。
Objective To detect the expression of telomerase activity in the tissues of skin tumors and normal skins. Methods Twenty-eight biopsies from patients with skin tumors and 15 control tissue samples were tested for telomerase activity by modified telomerase repeat amplification protocol assay with typing-specific primers. Results 82.1% of skin tumors (including benigh, pre-cancerous and malignant tumors) were positive for telomerase activity, versus only 13.3% in normal skin samples. The telomerase activity in malignant tissues was apparently higher than in benigh and precancerous ones. Conclusion The activation of telomerase may be an early event of carcinogenesis and may play a role in the carcinogenesis of skin tumors.
