Manufacture of Highly Filled PP Sheet for the Interior Ceiling Decoration of Buses

介绍一种客用汽车车顶内装饰用高填充PP板材的制造技术。它是将95％～30％重量的PP、5％～70％重量的木粉和少量其他添加剂,经干燥、混合、挤出造粒和挤板各道工序制成。此种高填充PP板具有适当的刚性和韧性,适于制作客用汽车车顶的内装饰板,还可以用真空吸塑法生产各种民用制品。

In this paper, the technology of making highly filled PP sheets for interior ceilingdecoration of buses was presented. The PP sheets comprised PP 95%~30%, wood flour5%~70%, and a small amount of other additives. Process of manufacture included drying,mixing, pelletizing and sheet extruding. The highly filled PP sheets were of proper rigidity andtoughness, suitable for the interior ceiling decoration of buses and making other vacu-um-moulded articles for civil uses.
