摘要
[目的]探讨介入留管治疗中晚期宫颈癌的并发症及其防治。[方法]用Seldinger穿刺术对经病理证实的107例中晚期宫颈癌患者,共做了135次介入留管治疗,每人1～3次。一侧股动脉插管,两侧子宫动脉或髂内动脉前支灌注药物和栓塞的方法。[结果]除一般副反应外,有3例(2.2%)出现较为严重的并发症:药物性急性膀胱炎、小阴唇浅小溃疡、髂外动脉血栓形成各1例。经抗炎、导尿膀胱冲洗、创口清洁、抗凝溶栓治疗1～3周逐渐治愈,1例髂外动脉血栓溶栓效果不佳,但其侧支循环建立较完善,未造成较严重的后遗症。[结论]介入留管治疗后的并发症是可以防治的。
To investigate the cause,prevention and treatment of the complications caused by interventional therapy with indwelling catheter in patients with advanced cervical carcinoma.One hundred and thirty-five times of interventional therapy with indwelling catheter were performed for107pa-tients with cervical carcinoma by Seldinger technique.The much serious complications were hap-pened in three patients(2.2%),such as the acute cystitis,superficial ulcer in labium minus external iliac artery thrombosis.The patients recovered in1~3weeks with the treatment of bladder lavage,wound dressing and anticoaglant.[Conclusion]The complications caused by interventional therapy with indwelling catheter are preventable and curable.
