大肠癌细胞周期G_1/S期检查点具有重要作用,是目前肿瘤研究的热点之一。全文就大肠癌细胞周期的研究进展作一综述。

The checkpoint G-1/S is very important in the cell cycle of colorectal carcinoma.The technique development of checkpoint G 1 /S has recently led to new ap-proaches to the cell cycle of colorectal carcinoma.The advances of cell cycle of col-orectal carcinoma is reviewed in this paper.
