摘要
研究了新型加工助剂α-甲基苯乙烯环二聚体在聚烯烃树脂加工中的应用。对聚丙烯、聚乙烯和聚烯烃填充母料/加工助剂体系的流变性能、加工性能和力学性能进行了定量的测定。研究结果表明,α-甲基苯乙烯环二聚体加工助剂可显著降低聚烯烃的熔体粘度,提高常温抗冲击性能,减少加工能耗,改善树脂流动性及制品表面光洁度。
The application of α-methylstyrene cyclic dimer as a new processing aid for polyolefineresins were studied. The rheological, processing and mechanical behaviors of PP. PE andfilled-master batches of polyolefines were measured quantitatively. The results showed that the processing aid of α-MS cyclic dimer can significantly decrease the melt viscosity ofpolyolefine, save the energy consumption, improving its rheological behavior as well asup-grade the impact strength and the surface finish of the products.
