摘要
本文根据健美操项目的特点和笔者多年训练的经验,探索和研究适合健美操训练疲劳恢复的手段和方法,目的在于促进健美操的科学训练,提高教练员队伍素质,提高运动员的身体机能和训练水平,以及加强自我保护和医务监督等,为健美操事业的发展作出贡献。
According to the features of aerobics and years of experience in aerobics training , this article aims at exploring and researching on the suitable ways to recover after aerobics training , so as to add technical contest in aerobics training , to improve the coaches` quality and the athletes` body function and training skill as well as their complex ability of self-protection , medical super vision etc and to contribute to the aerobics cause.
