摘要
大庆14万t/a HDPE装置,经过几年的工艺技术改造,实现了安、稳、长、满、优运行。本文从聚合系统脱水方式及开车方式的改进、丙烯蒸发器工艺参数的变更、提高母液循环比、提高反应器负荷等五个方面简述了HDPE装置重大工艺改造情况,并明确提出了今后技术改造的方向,为同类装置的工艺技术改造提供了可行性经验。
After process modifications during recent years, daqing HDPE plant had achievedan operation of saftey, steadiness, long-term, full capacity and optimum performance. Thispaper dealt with the important process modificationsons on HDPE plant with respect toimproving dehydration and start up mode of polymerization system, varying the processparameters of propylene vaporiser, raising the mother liquor circulation ratio, and increasingthe load of the reactor. The direction for further improvements had also been presented, soas to provide experiences for technical modifications of similar plant.
