摘要
利用丙酮肟半封闭聚氨酯预聚体的-NCO基和含羟基聚丙烯酸酯的-OH基的加成反应,合成了亲水性聚丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯,并就反应参数对转化率的影响进行了探讨。这种改性聚氨酯涂饰织物的耐水压特性,粘合性及强度性能的测试数据,表明此水系涂层剂可成为一种有前途的织物整理剂。
Hydrophilic modification of polyurethane was carried out via coupling of the-OHgroupsof hydroxyl containing polyacrylates with the-NCOgroups of the acetone oximehalf-blocked polyurethane prepolymers. The influences of reaction parameters on conversionof polymerization were discussed as well. Data of waterprofness, peeling strength of coatedfabrics and tensile strength of the polymer showed that it could be a promising finishing.
